Refund Policy

Overview

Cloud services, software and products once sold will be not exchanged in any circumstances. We do not offer any refund or exchange on any of our services, software and or products.

Subscription plans

Customers need to renew their subscriptions as per the plan they have opted for (monthly, quarterly, biannually, yearly, or as applicable) to avoid cancellation of their services. In case timely renewals are not done subscriptions shall be cancelled without any further notice.

Data access

Users will have access to their Google Workspace Individual features and the data in their accounts for the duration of their subscription period. Once the subscription ends, users will lose access to all Google Workspace Individual features. YASH Infosolutions and or its service providers will not be responsible for any such data loss.
